About Hearthstone

Hearthstone is a condominium community in Henderson, Nevada, made up of three residential buildings with covered carport parking and shared landscaped common areas.

The Association is a Nevada nonprofit corporation governed by a volunteer Board of Directors elected by the owners. It operates under its Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (recorded in Clark County on November 17, 1983), its Bylaws, the Rules and Regulations adopted by the Board, and Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 116.

Day to day operations, accounting, and compliance are handled by the Association's management company, Assured Real Estate.
